APPOINTMENTS
We LOVE meeting our clients and being able to discuss everything face to face. All consultations are free and timings flexible.
How do consultations work?
We will talk to you about your likes and dislikes before our meeting and put together some ideas based on your preferences but not to worry if you are unsure, as we have a wealth of knowledge and are able to guide and advise you.
SET UP & DELIVERY
We aim to set up and dress venues in advance of the big day. Delivery costs are free within 10 miles of Kings Lynn. Our bridal packages will be boxed and brought to the relevant parties at least 24 hours in advance of the ceremony.
What happens to the flowers when we leave the venue?
Collection of the hired items will be dependent upon the individual venues and arranged and agreed upon with you ahead of time.
COSTS
Quotes are produced on an individual basis. If you are happy with yours then we request a 20% deposit to secure your date, final payment is then due 2 weeks before the date of your event.
What if something is lost or broken?
Should any of our hired items get lost or broken we will ask you to refund the cost price to us.
